Pretto Search - Achat immo3.3.22

Pretto Search scans for you all the real estate ads from the 10 largest French sites: leboncoin, SeLoger, Bien’ici… but also from 40 real estate agency sites. A single real estate search to create, a single app to consult, peace of mind is guaranteed. Forget the dozens of real estate alerts!

AS SOON AS PUBLISHED, AS SOON AS NOTIFIED

No longer drown among mountains of ads. As soon as an ad is published on a platform, you are directly alerted: the guarantee of always being on the spot and visiting first. Notifications arrive even faster than on the SeLoger or leboncoin apps.

NO BAD SURPRISE: EACH ADVERTISEMENT YOUR ESTIMATED MONTHLY PAYMENT

Target your ads according to your budget. Thanks to the integrated Pretto simulator, enter your contribution and the duration of your future loan, we will estimate the amount of your monthly payments directly on the advert viewed. Practical, right? You can also make an appointment with a broker to request a financing certificate or speak with them as soon as you have found your property.
